Our mission
The Moxie Scrubs Foundation is a 501(c) nonprofit organization that is committed to supporting nurses at every stage of their journey—from their first day in school to their last day on the job. Through workshops and conferences, we help hospitals address urgent challenges nurses face at the bedside, including mental health and wellness, workplace violence, and retention. We also expand access to nursing education by offering scholarships to students from underserved communities.
Through education, community, and meaningful programming, we’re building a stronger, more sustainable nursing workforce—and a future where every nurse feels seen, valued, and empowered.
